This is necessary because during construction of the CHttpRequest member of the CVersionChecker class Settings.SmartAgent() returns an empty string because CShareazaApp::GetVersionNumber() hasn't yet been called to initialize CShareazaApp::m_sSmartAgent which Settings.SmartAgent() uses.
